A free Better Choices, Better Health Workshop® can help you get the support you need and find practical ways to deal with pain, fatigue, and stress. You'll discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment options, and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health.

If you have conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, or anxiety, a Better Choices, Better Health Workshop can help you get back in charge of your life.

The no cost Better Choices, Better Health Workshop is held entirely online and enables you to participate from any computer with an Internet connection.

You'll join up to 25 others in an interactive workshop and participate in easy-to-follow online sessions, which are posted each week for six weeks. You'll log on at your convenience 2-3 times per week for a total of about 2 hours per week.

You'll learn from trained volunteer leaders, many with health conditions themselves.

You'll set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to improve your health-and your life.
